The following general license agreement pertains to any software which is
created by AT2k. Please read the license agreement included with the software
for the software's actual license agreement. Software available for download
that is not created by AT2k has its own and separate license agreement provided
by its author(s).


LICENSE AGREEMENT
-----------------

This is a legal agreement between you (either individual or entity) and Aspect
Technologies (AT2k). If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, then
please do not use this program.

A license permits the user to use this software on any number of computers. The
user may copy and distribute this software to anyone, anywhere, as long as the
original archive has remained intact and unchanged from its original state as
released by AT2k. The copyright remains AT2k's. The user may not make any
changes or modifications to the software that removes or obscures any or all
references to AT2k.


WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

AT2K, WHICH INCLUDES ALL PROGRAMMERS, DEVELOPERS, ADVISORS, OR ANYONE ASSOCIATED
WITH AT2K, MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SHOULD THE PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE IN ANY WAY THE USER, OR
PURCHASER, ASSUMES THE RISK OF SERVICING, REPAIR, CORRECTION, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. AT2K WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT ARISING FROM A FAILURE OF THIS PROGRAM TO OPERATE IN
THE MANNER DESIRED BY THE USER. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.


COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

This software is automatically protected by federal copyright laws from the
moment it was created. The rights granted to the owner of a copyright are
clearly stated in the Copyright Act, which is found at Title 17 of the U.S.
Code. The Act gives the owner of the copyright "the exclusive rights" to
"reproduce the copyrighted work" and "to distribute copies...of the copyrighted
work" (Section 106). It also states that "anyone who violates the exclusive
rights of the copyright owner...is an infringer of the copyright" (Section 501),
and sets forth several penalties for such conduct.
