Climbing the company ladder can take a lot of work. But
producing an organizational chart shouldn't.

Power Up! this month released Company Ladder, a program for
creating organizational charts of more than 2000 positions per
chart with 255 levels and 999 subordinates per level. The
program's split-screen interface prevents you from getting lost
in a complex chart, allowing you to quickly locate and update
specific employee positions. Company Ladder can automatically
draw boxes and connect lines among boxes. Text and numbers that
appear in the boxes are also positioned automatically, Power
Up! reports.

Using the IBM PC and your laser printer, you can make your
charts more readable using built-in fonts and assigning
different typestyles for each field in the charts. Charts can
appear horizontally or vertically on your page. You can choose
from seven chart styles and six box styles, or you can mix
styles. Each box can hold up to 255 characters with 26 fields
per box. Each field can have its own printing options.

Company Ladder runs on the IBM PC with 256K bytes of RAM with a
dot-matrix or laser printer.
