The Radius PrecisionColor Calibrator helps you adjust your
Macintosh monitor, whether you're synchronizing several monitors
or matching colors scanned from NTSC images.

It consists of optical sensing hardware with Radius software. The
optical sensor is embedded in a rubber suction cup that sticks on
to the monitor's display glass. The sensor determines the
temperature and voltage levels of the pixels on the screen. The
results appear in a window activated from within the Mac control
panel; you can adjust the temperature and voltage levels from the
baseline readings taken by the sensing device, thereby
controlling the brightness and tone of the colors on the screen
in order to achieve accurate Pantone color simulations.

The sensing device plugs into the ADB (Apple Desktop Bus) port on
the keyboard or on the back of the Mac. While primarily useful
for full color monitors, the calibrator also works with gray
scale monitors. The PrecisionColor Calibrator works with all
Radius displays and also with Apple's 13-inch color monitor,
according to the manufacturer.
