Add Description v1.00 - Blank Description Replacement Utility for Renegade
Written in 1994 by Lars Hellsten and MatrixSoft.

Just a couple brief notes. You may wonder why I bothered releasing this
utility. I know there are other utilities out there to do the same thing.
I wrote this simply for my own use, and decided that what the hell, I'd
release it in case anyone wanted to use it instead of something that's
already out there. Maybe a beginner programmer could use it as an example
of how to search through the file bases or something, who knows.

It fully supports SHARE, and will open all files in read/write, deny none
mode, so you can run it while a user is online on your system without
having to worry about kicking them off.

Here's how to run it:

Syntax : ADD-DESC.EXE <new description>
Example: ADD-DESC.EXE no description given

It will go through the file bases and replace any blank descriptions
(including those with just spaces in them) with the description you've
given on the commandline. The description on the commandline can
contain spaces.

Note: If the file has an extended description entry, but still has a
blank regular description, it will assume there is something in
the extended description and not process the file.

This program is donated to the public domain, meaning you can do whatever
the heck you want with the executables and source code -- modify them and
re-release them, or anything else. Please see the *.PAS file for the
disclaimer and more info on the distribution and usage licenses (if you
can call them that).
