PEXPAK License Agreement
------------------------

The PEXPAK suite is copyrighted (C) 1994 by David L. Nugent and Unique
Computing Pty Ltd. Use and distribution of this software is governed by
the Copyright Act 1968 in Australia and the provisions of the International
Berne Treaty on Copyrights.

This product is shareware. As such, it is not free but requires that you
pay a registration for continued use after an initial evaluation period,
being 30 days from the date of installation. If you do not take steps to
register this software, you must remove it from use at the expiration of
this period.

This software is not crippled in anyway nor will it cease to function at
any time in the future by virtue of the date.

The advantage you receive by registering is

  1) to encourage the development of this suite of programs,

  2) you will automatically receive notification of updates to
the package, access to beta versions and be provided with
support and faster response times to changes due to updates
     to Proboard and anciliary software,

  3) you receive the source code to most programs in the PEXPAK
suite and may modify them for your own use. The registered
version may also include additional utilities which are not
     available with the general release.

The copyright holders are in no way responsible or liable for any
damage caused by use or misuse of this software.

Utilities and extras are being added to this suite fairly frequently.
You are certainly encouraged to send any further suggestions, both for
any new .PEX and enhancements to existing .PEX files!

In paying the registration fee, you purchase a license for use on a
single Bulletin Board system. Providing that all workstations access
to same physical BBS setup, use on multiple CPUs on a multiline system
with a REGISTERED VERSION OF PROBOARD is specifically allowed.

This license covers all of the individual programs in the PEXPAK suite
of programs, being:
